This official page lets you start an account deletion request without installing the app.
After all financial settlement is complete, normal access stops and final deletion is scheduled for 30 days. Signing in does not cancel deletion.
What final deletion removes
Login credentials, passwords, sessions, tokens, name, email, phone, addresses, location, profile media, uploaded files, identity documents, and data that is no longer needed.
What may be retained
Minimized accounting, transaction, dispute, fraud-prevention, and security records may be retained only for an approved legal or operational reason. They are separated from the operational profile and linked to a random tombstone.

Backups are not used to restore an individual finally deleted account. An independent deletion ledger is reapplied after disaster recovery. Applicable external processors receive idempotent deletion requests; the processor inventory and adapters must be approved before production.
Products and reviews are hidden or attributed to a deleted user when removal would break another user’s records. Promotional points may be removed only at final deletion under the applicable terms.
Balances and pending transactions
A closure request is accepted even when settlement is pending. Real withdrawable funds and seller earnings are not confiscated. You will receive a path to settlement or support before the 30-day clock begins.
