Account deletion
الرفيق أونلاين lets account owners request deletion from the app or the public account-deletion page.
After eligible balances, seller earnings, obligations, disputes, and pending transactions are settled, deletion is scheduled with a 30-day recovery period. Signing in alone does not cancel deletion. Recovery requires an authenticated, explicit request.
Final deletion removes authentication credentials, sessions, contact details, addresses, location, profile media, identity evidence, and other data that is no longer needed. Products and reviews are hidden or attributed to a deleted account when deleting the record would damage another person’s transaction history. Promotional points may be forfeited only at final deletion under the applicable terms.
Accounting and transaction evidence may be retained for not configured; publication is blocked until the service owner approves and publishes the period where required for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, or regulatory compliance. Security evidence may be retained for not configured; publication is blocked until the security purpose and period are approved. Retained records are minimized and linked only to a random deletion tombstone rather than an operational profile.
Encrypted backups expire after not configured; publication is blocked until encrypted-backup retention is approved. They are not used to restore an individual finally deleted account, and the independent deletion ledger is reapplied after disaster recovery before traffic resumes.
Applicable external processors receive idempotent deletion requests. The production processor inventory and its tested adapters must be approved before publication.
Real withdrawable funds are not forfeited because of a deletion request. The request remains awaiting settlement and support is available until eligible funds and obligations are resolved. After final deletion the account cannot be restored, including from an individual backup restore.
